Sean works in the Electricity Transmission sector as a construction worker and lives in the highlands with his wife and son. He cut his political teeth during the rise of the SSP in the early Noughties, helping to organise campaigns to ban GM crops, against the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, to scrap the council tax and to legalise cannabis, amongst other things.
Recently Sean has been helping to build the newly formed Highland Socialist Alliance and is currently campaigning for better housing in the highlands.
In his spare time, Sean enjoys watching horrible histories (a guilty pleasure) and reading the work of John Lee Anderson, Richard Dawkins and Michael Moore.
